Times:

All softball and hardball courses run from 10am until 3pm.

Prices:

All summer courses cost just £10 if booked at least one week before the course start date. If you book on after this time, the price increases to £15.

Junior Jets Membership Registration

What?
Cricket courses specially tailored for boys and girls aged between 7 and 15 years. Starting with the basics and increasing skills and confidence throughout the 5 stage programme graduating to the coveted Gold Star Award.

Who?
Each course will be run by an England Cricket Board (ECB) qualified coach (Level 2 or 3). ECB qualified coaches have attended courses in Safeguarding & Protecting Children and hold a valid First Aid certificate and CRB clearance.

Where?
Courses are being run across Lincolnshire at sports centres, large village halls, gyms and at schools as ‘after school clubs'. We are continuously updating our list of venues and will be happy to host a course in your area (subject to availability and suitability).

Lincolnshire County Cricket Board 5 Stage Cricket Proficiency Awards Scheme:

Preliminary [6 hours of coaching in 4 sessions]
An introduction to cricket and the basic shaping movements required for batting, bowling and fielding.

Bronze [9 hours of coaching in 4 sessions]
Introducing multiple batting, bowling and fielding disciplines.

Silver [9 hours of coaching in 6 sessions]
Learning hard-ball cricket with greater emphasis on specific disciplines

Gold [12 hours of coaching in 6 sessions]
Introducing excellence at a senior level

Gold Star [12 hours of coaching in 6 sessions]
Advanced excellence level of cricket proficiency

Summer Holiday Cricket Camp 2011

Last summer holiday, we ran four holiday cricket camps between Hartsholme CC and Horncastle CC. The camps were all aimed at different ages so there was something for everyone whatever their ability and experience.

Although the August weather took it's toll on us and one day had to be rescheduled, with both boys and girls attending for the first time as new recruits to our Junior Jets Academy, as well we many returning,  it is fair to say that they were all a great success!

Once again, thank you to everyone who attended over July and August, and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.
