To governing and representative bodies of sport and recreation including the ECB and County Leagues; Also

 

  • Coaches and junior co-ordinators for administrating training sessions
  • Volunteers of our organisation and cricket clubs/venues to support the delivery of sessions.
  • In the event of a medical issue or a child protection issue arising, Lincolnshire Cricket may disclose certain information to Dr’s or other medical specialists and/to the police, Children’s Social Care, the courts and/or probation officers and, potentially to legal and other advisors involved in an investigation. We are under a duty to disclose or share your data in order to comply with any legal obligation.
  • To the press association for the promotion of our organisation.  Prior consent will have been sought for the use of photo/video publicity before used.

Online payments for our goods and services are processed via third party companies who provide our software and administer financial information on our behalf. Any sensitive data you input such as card details cannot be saved or seen by us.  We use reputable online payment businesses for all payments we receive over the internet such as Shopify and Worldpay. How long we will keep your personal data for   

                        

We will not retain your personal data for longer than is reasonable and necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We shall retain your personal data for the purpose of medical data, 3 years after your 18thbirthday.

Financial data, stored for 7 years after which time will be securely deleted/destroyed.

Photo/Video for promotion/development/coaching aid for as long as is necessary.
