EMERGING PLAYER PROGRAMME

Emerging Player Programmes are defined as being the pinnacle training environment of the county cricket representative pathway, the intake is made up from the top players across the county pathway from U12’s to U16’s.

Once selected the players partake in an elite cricket programme, where they are given the opportunity to train in an Elite Performance Environment focusing on the key performance areas of Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental & Lifestyle. All sessions are lead by high performance cricket coaches. Players on the programme will also have access to specialist fields such as Strength & Conditioning, Psychology and Nutrition.
