Lincolnshire Recreational Cricket Group – COVID Guidance – Lincolnshire.

The following two pieces of information relating to COVID guidance have been agreed and adopted by the Lincolnshire Recreational Cricket Group:

  1. COVID Communication Guidance
  2. COVID Breaches Special Measures

LINCOLNSHIRE CRICKET – COVID-19 COMMUNICATIONS PROCESS

A positive case is confirmed shortly (a matter of days*) after the person in question was at the club

The person who has tested positive informs the club

Test & Trace kicks in and informs all those who were in ‘close contact’ to self-isolate

The club informs the league(s) they play in and Lincolnshire Cricket of the positive case plus the following:

  • How many playing members have been instructed to self-isolate
  • What processes the club will go through to ensure it is safe to reopen & what, if anything, they will do to minimise the risk of transmission in future
  • The date they plan on reopening (if known)
  • If, as a result of the number of playing members having to self-isolate (or the club being shut and vital facilities being unavailable?), they will be unable to fulfil an upcoming fixture or fixtures

Lincolnshire Cricket will inform all other leagues in the county & the Lincs ACO of the information provided by the club above

The league(s) affected will inform all other clubs in the respective competition(s) of the information provided by the club above

*How many days it is relies on Government guidelines & the Test & Trace system
