We want you to enjoy your shopping experience every time you order from Lincolnshire Cricket. However, there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected. We are happy to accept the return of goods, returned at your cost if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. We are to be notified immediately upon your receipt of the goods and an agreed return date/method can be arranged.
Please be aware that the company does not accept refunds or returns on any personalised items of clothing.
Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused.
The refund of goods returned excludes any original delivery charges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them; damaged or defective goods should be reported to us immediately with a full description of the problem. Upon inspection of the goods, at our discretion, we will exchange or refund the purchase price excluding any original delivery charges. All goods must be returned in their original packaging. If the packaging itself is damaged; please include this packaging with the returned goods.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
You must notify us that you will be returning goods by calling (01522) 528838
When telephoning, please have the following details to hand:
- Your Order Reference Number;
- The reason for the return.
- If posting the returned goods, please send to: Lincolnshire Cricket, Ruston Sports & Social Club, Newark Road, Lincoln. LN6 8RN. Parcels being returned remain your responsibility until we safely receive them. Therefore, we recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel.
